CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Copyright in all the materials presented on the site belong to R & W Traders Pty Limited (“R & W”) or other publishers.

2. You agree to use the materials on the site solely for your own use and benefit as a The Cheesecake Shop (“TCS”) franchisee, and not for resale or other transfer or distribution to any other person or entity.

3. Subject to the above, you may retrieve and display the materials on a computer screen, print individual pages on paper and store such pages in electronic form on disk, but you may not reproduce, modify or exploit any of the materials for commercial profit, other than would be ordinarily in the course of your business as a TCS franchisee.

4. You must not disclose your password to anyone else, and you must take reasonable steps to ensure that no one uses your password or the materials in your name.

5. Any breach of the general conditions of use or any other authorised use of any password(s) issued to you will entitle R & W, in addition to any other remedy available to R & W, to cancel any and all passwords issued to you.

6. In addition to these conditions of use you must also comply with the terms and conditions for use of the TCS site.
